The Township of South Frontenac recognizes the valuable contributions of community organizations and volunteer groups who make South Frontenac a great place to live. We help and support these groups through our grant programs. We are now accepting applications until March 31, 2023 for our Community Grant program.
Community Grant Program
Community grants provide funds to organizations and events that enrich the quality of life within the Township. There are four grant streams: operating, capital, event sponsorship and community asset. The maximum amount you can apply for is $2,500 except for a capital grant where the maximum is $5,000. How to apply
Fill out the form on the Municipal Grants page on our website and submit it by mail, email, or in person in our offices by March 31, 2023. All applications will be reviewed by a committee after the closing date and approved by Council. Grant decisions will be announced in mid-May.
Note groups that receive funding are required to submit a final report after the project is complete or by end of year at the latest.
