How to add your name to the Voters' List or make changes to your information on the Voters' List
- Attend the Municipal Office during regular office hours, during published extended office hours or on Election Day until 8:00 pm and:
- Complete and sign a Form EL15
- Show a piece of identification as prescribed in Regulation 304/13
Upon acceptance and processing by the Clerk, you will be given your voting credentials.
- Mail or Email to the Clerk, at the Municipal Office:
- A completed and signed Form EL15
- Copies of three pieces of identification as prescribed in Regulation 304/13, with at least one which includes your signature and one that includes your qualifying address.
Upon acceptance and processing by the Clerk, your voting credentials will be sent by return mail / email.
- Phone the Elections Assistant, at the Municipal Office during regular office hours, or on Election Day until 8:00 pm and:
- Check to see if you are named in our Property tax file
If on the file then:
- Email a copy of a completed and signed Form EL15, noting that you have confirmed that you are on the property tax file.
Upon acceptance and processing by the Clerk, your voting credentials will be mailed /emailed to you.
