Zoning Compliance Letter Request Process
Zoning compliance requests are to be submitted through a lawyers office.
The fee is $123 per tax roll#/property, payable by cheque (made out to the Township of South Frontenac), cash, debit or credit card.
The turnaround time for this service is 10 business days from the receipt of payment, depending on staffing levels and volume of work.
Please submit this request to the attention of Planning Services, or at 613 376-3027.
NOTE: Urgent requests (48 hours turnaround) may be possible to accommodate depending on current staffing levels and volume of work. A fee of $252.00 applies to these requests. Applicants must reach out to Planning staff prior to submitting any urgent requests.
