The Lakes and Trails Festival is Back at the Point!

South Frontenac is thrilled to announce the return of the revered Lakes and Trails Festival on Saturday, July 12 at the Point Park in Sydenham. Join us from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm as we celebrate what makes our region ecologically unique. This free family event encourages people to get outside and adventure into nature.

•    5K Fun Run/Walk 
•    Yoga and Pilates Fusion Class 
•    Tails on the Trail Dog Run/Walk 
•    Guided Bird Walk 
•    A Taste of Forest Bathing  
•    Canoe Skills Instruction 
•    Guided Bike Rides with Doug 
•    Guided Paddle 
•    Pickleball Demonstration
