Council and Committees

Council, the Committee of the Whole, the Committee of Adjustment and all other board and committee agendas are e-published to the CivicWeb portal. Agendas are prepared in HTML format with links to supporting attachments for improved accessibility and to reduce download times. Current month minutes are posted once they are approved by Council.

• Council typically meets the first three Tuesdays of the month at 7:00 p.m., with the exception of July and August when they meet monthly 
• Committee of Adjustment meets on the second Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m., with the exception of January when there is no meeting 
• Advisory Committees meet quarterly at 6:00 pm or 3:00 pm

How to register to attend meetings

To register to attend a meeting virtually, click on the registration link on the meeting date in our Events Calendar. 

The Council of the Township of South Frontenac may consider items that could impact the current year budget at its Council meetings. All interested members of the public are welcome to attend. Council meetings are regulated by the Procedural By-law. Committee meetings are regulated by the Committee By-law.
