By-law Enforcement services are provided by Frontenac Municipal Law Enforcement.  Any complaints need to be submitted directly to the township office during regular business hours (Clerks Department) using the complaint form below or by submitting a detailed email on the complaint. After hour complaints (evenings and weekends) or concerns should be directed to Frontenac Municipal Law Enforcement at 613-541-3213. This is an answering service only so callers will need to leave specific details and call back information.

By-law 2007-13 is the "Safe Properties" by-law which outlines the keeping of properties as it relates to the health, safety and welfare of the municipality and its inhabitants. Anyone who has a concern about the condition of a property as outlined in the by-law, is required to complete the Property Standards Complaint Form (PDF form) and submit it to the Municipal Office. Send your form to the By-law Enforcement Department. (The names of requestors will be kept confidential unless authorized for release by the requestor or unless required for prosecution).

A By-law Enforcement Officer will inspect the property and identify the areas that contravene the by-law. The owner of the property is given an identified timeframe to comply with the order.

By-law Enforcement enforces many other by-laws for the township.
