Purpose and Effect of the Proposed By-law:
The zone on the lot addition land from application PL BDJ-2025-0129 needs to be changed to match the zoning of 1047 Island View Lane. The zone would be changed from its current Rural Zone (RU) to Residential Limited Service Waterfront (RLSW) Zone.
