Purpose and Effect of the Proposed By-law
A new lot is proposed that would be developed with a self-storage facility that includes an outdoor storage area. The new lot would be 0.77 hectares in size with 71 metres frontage on Loughborough-Portland Boundary Road. The retained lot would be 0.8 hectares in size with 54 metres frontage on Loughborough-Portland Boundary Road and 54 metres frontage on Rutledge Road. The retained lot would continue to be used as a garden centre.

The proposed by-law (1) to allow the proposed lot to have less than 0.8 hectare lot area and less than 76 metres lot frontage, (2) to allow the proposed lot to be used for a self-storage facility with reduced parking and loading requirements, and (3) to allow the retained lot to have less than 76 metres lot frontage.
