Purpose and Effect of the Proposed By-law
The proposal is to change the zone on the lands subject to consent application PL-BDJ-2025-0124. The consent application was for a lot addition from 6187 First Lake Road to 6153 First Lake Road. The lot addition would be rezoned from Rural (RU) to Waterfront Residential (RW). This change is required so that the enlarged property is entirely within the RW zone.
