Purpose and Effect of the Application
This application is for a lot addition from Unaddressed Lands on Alton Road West (identified
on the attached plan) to be conveyed to 3927 Alton Road West. If approved, approximately
7.5 acres of area will be added to 3927 Alton Road West increasing the size of the property to
9.75 acres in size. The remaining area of the Unaddressed Lands will be approximately 51.4
acres in area and 94m of road frontage if the application is approved.
