The Council of the Township of South Frontenac will hold a Public Meeting on the Proposed Replacement of the Fish Creek Bridge located on Bobs Lake Road.
South Frontenac’s third-ever Snow Social is set to take place on Saturday, January 25 from 11 am – 4 pm at The Point Park and throughout the village of Sydenham.

The administration offices at Sydenham Library and the Storrington Centre will be closed to the public at noon on December 24, and will reopen Thursday, January 2, 2025 at 8:00 am. The office at Keeley Rd./Public Works will be open December 27, 30 and 31 for calls or walk ins.
The Township of South Frontenac will be carrying out leak detection survey work on the Sydenham drinking water system on Sunday, December 15 from 11 pm - 6 am on the morning of Monday, December 16.
Starting January 1, 2025, all users of South Frontenac’s indoor and outdoor recreation facilities will be charged an updated user fee rate. The 2025 rates are the result of a nearly two-year study aimed at updating the Townships fees and the allocation process for recreational facilities.
South Frontenac Fire & Rescue will host a series of information sessions at fire halls across the Township in preparation for hiring up to 30 new Paid On-Call Firefighters in 2025.
