Financial Reports

Municipal financial statements report on financial activities and balances. They help ensure accountability and transparency, and assist municipalities with long-term and strategic planning. Financial statements are an important tool for a municipal council and administration to use to report to the taxpayers on the municipal services provided with the resources at their disposal.

We updated our Asset Management Plan in June 2026 and our Non-Core Asset Management Plan in September 2025. The updates help to align with the Township’s strategic asset management policy and to also comply with the new regulations guiding municipalities under Ontario Regulation 588/17 – Asset Management Planning for Municipal Infrastructure.

The June 2026 update specifically reports on the Core Asset groups that include:

  • hard surfaced roads
  • large bridges and culverts
  • drinking water, and
  • stormwater drainage assets.
