If approved, 145 Devil Lake Road is proposed to increase in size from ~2.85 hectares (7.05 acres) to ~11.25 hectares (27.8 acres) with 376 metres (1,233 ft.) of road frontage on Devil Lake Road. Purpose and Effect of the Application:
The owner’s residential property and farm property inadvertently merged on title. The owner has applied to sever the residential lands to re-establish the two lots as they existed prior to the merger. The severed residential parcel would be 0.4 hectares in size and have 60 metres of frontage on Washburn Road. The retained farm parcel would be 19.8 hectares in size and have 146 metres of frontage on Washburn Road. The severed parcel would need a variance for lot area (0.4 ha instead of 0.8 ha) and lot frontage (60m instead of 76m).
South Frontenac, with Central Frontenac and North Frontenac, will host a Candidate and Third-Party Advertiser Training session on Wednesday, June 3 at 6:30 pm via Zoom.
