2025 Holiday Hours & Changes to Garbage Collection

Town Hall (Finance/Treasury, Building & Planning, Clerks and Human Resources) will be closed to the public starting on Wednesday, December 24, and will reopen Friday, January 2, 2026 at 8:30 am. The office at Keeley Rd./Public Works will be open December 29, 30 and 31 for calls or walk ins.

For after hours emergencies, such as trees down on roads, please call (613) 376-3027 and follow the instructions to speak with our after hours service. Please do not email us, or post issues requiring a response on social media —these channels are not monitored after hours.

Changes to Garbage Collection for the Holiday Season:

• There will be no changes to Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday collection the week of December 22.
• Thursday, December 25 garbage collection moves to Saturday, December 27.
• There will no changes to Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday collection the week of December 29.
• Thursday, January 1 garbage collection moves to Friday, January 2.

Portland Waste Diversion Site will be closed December 24. Green Bay Waste Diversion Site will be closed December 26. There are no changes to the Loughborough Waste Diversion Site open dates and hours.

Remember: Winter parking restrictions are now in effect. There is no parking on Township roads between midnight and 7 am.
