Music in the Park is back!

**UPDATED** Due to the rain in the forecast, we are moving our Saturday, August 17 Music in the Park event to Saturday, August 24. The event will still take place from 1-3 pm at The Point Park in Sydenham.

South Frontenac has announced its line-up for its popular Music in the Park lakeside concert series. The series of free concerts features local live music in a relaxing picturesque park setting on Saturday afternoons from 1-3 pm.

• Saturday, June 22 – Verona Lions Hall, Verona featuring Rudy and Saddle Up
• Saturday, July 20 – Gilmour's Point Park, Battersea featuring Hoozhear?
• Saturday, August 17 – The Point Park, Sydenham featuring The Sleeping Dogs

The June 22nd concert is part of South Frontenac’s “Community Thrives Here” event during Parks and Recreation Month. In addition to live music, there will be a 9-hole disk golf course, pop up StoryWalk with Kingston Frontenac Public Library, face painting and a free BBQ hosted by the Verona Lions Club.
