Purpose and Effect of the Application:

An application for Consent has been submitted to separate 2163 Rutledge Road from 2239 Rutledge Road. The parcels were inadvertently merged on title, and the applicant is proposing to sever the lots as they existed previously to re-establish separate titles. The severed parcel (2163 Rutledge Road) is proposed to have approximately 192 metres of broken frontage on Rutledge Road, 146 metres of frontage on Keeley Road, and have an area of approximately 88 acres. The retained parcel (2239 Rutledge Road) is proposed to have approximately 150 metres of frontage on Rutledge Road, 20 metres of frontage on Keeley Road and an area of approximately 62 acres.
