Purpose and Effect of the Application

This application proposes to establish a right-of-way easement on a portion of the property municipally known as 10434 Canoe Lake Road. The easement is proposed to be in favour of 10384 Canoe Lake Road for access for a new driveway, as shown on the attached map. The old driveway for 10384 Canoe Lake Road is very steep. The new driveway would provide improved access using an existing road entrance.
