Purpose and Effect of the Application
To request permission under section 45(2) of the Planning Act to enlarge the existing dwelling within 30m of the highwater mark of Thirteen Island Lake. The applicant is proposing to increase the gross floor area of the existing 157 sqm dwelling by adding a 19 sqm addition to the rear of the dwelling. The addition is proposed to be used as a screened in porch.
