The owner proposes to build a approx. 117 sqm dwelling with an attached deck. The Zoning Bylaw requires that no building or structure shall be located within 30 metres horizontal of the high-water mark of a waterbody or permanent watercourse. A minor variance is being requested to allow the dwelling to be setback 6.3m from a watercourse on the property.
