Notice of Public Meeting on Development Charges By-Law and Study

**DATE CHANGE** The Council of The Corporation of the Township of South Frontenac will hold a public meeting, pursuant to section 12 of the Development Charges Act, 1997, as amended, to present and obtain public input on the municipality’s proposed development charges (D.C.) by-law and underlying background study.

• Time: 7 pm
• Location: Virtual Meeting (Zoom) and In-Person at 4432 George Street, Sydenham

All interested parties are invited to attend the meeting and make representations relating to the proposed D.C. by-law and background study at the public meeting or in writing by email to planning@southfrontenac.net by 2 pm, June 19, 2024. The background study was posted on our website on May 16, 2024.
