Purpose and Effect of the Proposed By-law
This application relates to a new waterfront residential lot that was recently approved through consent application PL-BDJ-2023-0088. The zone on the new lot will be changed from RU to RLSW to acknowledge its access from a new private lane and its frontage on Vanluven Lake. The treeline and wetland on the east side of the new lot will be zoned EP. The effect of the by-law will be to allow a building permit to be issued for the new lot.
