Purpose and Effect of the Proposed By-law
The proposal is to change the zone on the lands subject to consent application PL-BDJ-2025- 0095. The consent application was for a lot addition from 6343 Billy Green Road to 1151 Mountain Lane. The lot addition would be rezoned from Rural (RU) to Limited Service Residential - Waterfront (RLSW). This change is required so that the enlarge property is entirely within the RLSW zone.
