Purpose and Effect of the Application:
The owners propose to enlarge the existing dwelling with a rear addition. The dwelling is setback 23 metres from Bobs Lake. The application seeks permission to enlarge the dwelling within 30m of Bobs Lake. The proposed addition would add approximately 360 square feet of living space.
The owners are also proposing to install a new septic system. The application also seeks a minor variance from the Zoning By-law, which requires new septic systems to be located a minimum of 30 metres from a waterbody. The proposed septic system would be located 24 metres from the lake.

How to Get Involved: The purpose of hearing is for the Committee of Adjustment to review the proposal, and to hear the applicant and every other person who desires to be heard in favour of or against the application, prior to making their decision.
