Purpose and Effect of the Application:
The owner proposes to construct an addition to their dogfood production workshop. They are seeking a minor variance from section 21.3.3 of the Zoning Bylaw which requires a minimum 22-metre interior side yard setback from industrial buildings and residential zones. The addition would be 11 metres from the lot line.
