Purpose and Effect of the Application

Seeking to vary Section 7.3.1. of the Zoning By-law to reduce the setback for a building or structure used for the housing, training, or care of animals in conjunction with a kennel from: (a) a minimum of approximately 35 metres (114 ft.) to the nearest shared lot line, and (b) a minimum of approximately 100 metres (330 ft.) to the nearest residential dwelling, for a proposed small-scale boarding facility with a maximum capacity of nine (9) small- to medium-sized dogs.
