Purpose and Effect of the Application:

The applicant is seeking permission under Section 45(2) of the Planning Act to expand an existing, legal non-complying building located within 30 metres (100 ft.) of the highwater mark of Howes Lake. The proposed expansion consists of an 8.9-square metre (96 sq. ft.) uncovered deck attached to the south face of the existing dwelling.
