Purpose and Effect of the Application:

To facilitate the construction of a detached accessory building (garage), the applicants have requested to vary Section 7.3.2 of Zoning By-law No. 2003-75, as amended, in order to reduce the front yard setback of the Rural (RU) Zone from 20 metres (66 ft.) to a minimum of 16 metres (52 ft.).
