Purpose and Effect of the Application

The owner proposes to construct a detached garage along Lark Lane. They are seeking a minor variance from section 5.6.1 of the Zoning Bylaw which requires a 5 metre setback from the surveyed edge of a lane for a new accessory building. The detached garage is proposed to be 3.3 metres from Lark Lane.
