Purpose and Effect of the Applications:

The Owner of 115 Bittersweet Drive and 117 Bittersweet Drive is proposing to construct a three-unit townhouse building on each property. A minor variance application has been submitted for each property to permit a three-unit townhouse, as the Residential – 30 (R-30) Zone permits only single detached dwellings.
