Purpose and Effect of Application
Proposed 8.4-hectare (20.8-acre) lot addition from unaddressed lands on Devil Lake Road (PIN No. 362460169) to 145 Devil Lake Road.
If approved, 145 Devil Lake Road is proposed to increase in size from ~2.85 hectares (7.05 acres) to ~11.25 hectares (27.8 acres) with 376 metres (1,233 ft.) of road frontage on Devil Lake Road. The retained land will be ~49.6 hectares (122.5 acres) in area with 304 metres (997 ft.) and 614 metres (2,014 ft.) of road frontage on Devil Lake Road and Centreville Road, respectively.
