Purpose And Effect of the Application

Consent for the creation of a new rural residential lot. The severed (new) lot would be 0.8 hectares (2 acres) in size with approximately 81 metres (265 ft.) of frontage on Opinicon Road. The retained parcel would be 100 hectares (247 acres) in area with approximately 775 metres (2,500 ft.) of frontage on Opinicon Road to the south as well as 125 metres (410 ft.) and 390 metres (1,280 ft.) of frontage on MacGillivray Road and MacGillivray Lane to the north, respectively. The retained parcel would contain the existing single detached dwelling and detached garage.
