Purpose and Effect of the Application:

This application proposes to establish a right-of-way easement on the subject property, off Massassauga Lane. The easement is for parking and docking to provide access to Beach Island in Buck Lake.

There is a existing parking and docking area on the subject lot that has been used to access Beach Island. The owners are proposing the easement to formalize this existing access arrangement.
