The following applications are to create 2 new building lots. Application PL-BDJ-2026-0038 is proposing to create 1 new lot that is approximately 2.1 acres in size along Desert Lake Road with 99m of frontage. Application PL-BDJ-2026-0039 is also proposing to create 1 new lot that is approximately 2.1 acres in size also along Desert Lake Road with 114m of frontage. The retained area will be approximately 16 acres in area with 125m of road frontage on Desert Lake Road.
