Purpose and Effect of the Application

This application is for an approximately 0.51-hectare (1.24-acre) lot addition to be conveyed from the north-east portion of 4183 Latimer Road to 3857 Corkey Road. 

If approved, 3857 Corkey Road would increase in size from approximately 0.13 hectares (0.3 acres) to 0.63 hectares (1.55 acres) and would continue to function as a residential waterfront property. The retained portion of 4183 Latimer Road would be approximately 11.2 hectares (27.6 acres) in area and would continue to function as a rural residential property. 

No changes to the existing lot frontage on 4183 Latimer Road or private lane access to 3857 Corkey Road are proposed.
