The proposed lot is intended to be developed with a self-storage facility that includes an outdoor storage area. The retained lot would be 0.8 hectares in size with 54 metres frontage on Loughborough-Portland Boundary Road and 54 metres frontage on Rutledge Road. The retained lot would continue to be used as a garden centre.
