Purpose and Effect of the Application

Consent for the creation of a new rural residential lot. The severed (new) lot would be 0.8 hectares (2 acres) in size with approximately 122 metres (400 ft.) of frontage on First Lake Road to the east and 46 metres (150 ft.) of frontage on Bellrock Mill Street to the south. The severed lot would contain the existing single detached dwelling, accessory buildings, and private on-site water and sewage systems. The retained parcel would be approximately 6.1 hectares (15 acres) in size with 90 metres (295 ft.) of non-continuous frontage on First Lake Road.
