Road. Proposed severance 2 (PL-BDJ-2025-0121) would be 10.63 hectares in area with 371
metres of frontage on Sydenham Road. The retained parcel would be 1 hectare in area with
153 metres of frontage on Sydenham Road and would contain and existing dwelling.
