Purpose and Effect of the Applications 
Applications for Consent have been submitted to separate 5171 and 4952 Verona Sand Road from 5170 Verona Sand Road. The parcels were inadvertently merged on title. The applicant is proposing to sever the lots to re-establish separate titles. 

Severed Lot #1 (4952 Verona Sand Road) is proposed to have 170.56 metres of frontage on Verona Sand Road and an area of 86.3 acres. Severed Lot #2 (5171 Verona Sand Road) is proposed to have 275.16 metres of frontage on Verona Sand Road and an area of 134.6 acres. The retained parcel (5170 Verona Sand Road) is proposed to have 221 metres of frontage along the southern portion of Verona Sand Road and 1,000 metres along the western portion, with an area of 95.5 acres.
