Purpose and Effect of the Applications:

The applications are to create 2 new lots. Application PL-BDJ-2026-0010 is proposing to create 1 new lot that is approximately 2.2 acres in size along Henderson Road with a 95.4m frontage. 

Application PL-BDJ-2026-0011 is proposing to create 1 new lot that is approximately 5.5 acres in size along Henderson Road with a 236m frontage that includes the existing dwelling and accessory buildings. The retained area will be approximately 65.5 acres in area with 203m of road frontage on Henderson Road and 208m of road frontage along Yarker Road.
