Updates to Loughborough Waste Disposal Site
Effective January 10, 2026, the Loughborough Waste site will begin operations as a full Waste Transfer Facility.
A minimum charge of $20 has been introduced to harmonize fees with the minimum charges in place at other South Frontenac waste disposal sites. All site users will now offload by hand all garbage and waste materials, including clean lumber, into designated waste storage bins from the new ramp constructed at the site. The attendant will advise users where to offload individual loads.

| Half Ton Truck Load (Loose / Construction Waste) | $30 |
| One Ton Truck Load (Loose / Construction Waste) | $50 |
| Utility Trailer Load – up to 8 feet | $30 |
| Utility Trailer Load – 8 to 12 feet | $75 |
Please note the following: Electronic and hazardous waste is not accepted at this site and can be properly disposed of at the Household Hazardous Waste Site (during operating hours), located at 2491 Keeley Rd. Brush not accepted. Shingles not accepted – construction waste is subject to SF verification. Payment by cash or cheque only, no debit/credit.
Unauthorized access or dumping at gate is not permitted.
