Committee of Adjustment

The Committee of Adjustment/Land Division Committee meetings are generally held on the second Thursday of each month in the Council Chambers, 4432 George Street, Sydenham, ON K0H 2T0.

This committee is responsible for planning decisions related to minor variances and disputed consent applications, taking into consideration the Township's Official Plan, Zoning By-law and the Planning Act as well as the County of Frontenac Official Plan and Provincial Policy Statement.  The committee has a Terms of Reference that outlines the operations, hearings, meeting schedule and location and the duties and responsibilities of its members.
