Official Plan

The 2025 Official Plan describes how the Township will plan to accommodate future growth and development and meet the needs of the community. The Plan includes policies to build healthy communities, promote diverse housing options, promote economic development, and protect agricultural land and natural heritage systems.

The goal is to balance growth with environmental leadership and protection of our outstanding natural assets to enhance the lifestyle, rural character, and economic opportunities in South Frontenac.
