South Frontenac Shines Holiday Lights Contest
Join us for the 4th Annual Lights Contest!
Decorate your front yard and enter into the contest for your chance to win a $100 gift card to a local business! To enter, you must submit the entry form and up to five (5) photos of your display by December 11th, 2023.
Our panel of judges will rank the entries in three categories, the highest ranking house in each category will win! The categories are:
- Winter Wonderland Award (best overall theme)
- Clark Griswold Award (over the top decorations)
- Blown Away Award (best use of inflatables)
As well, a fourth category will be awarded to the entry with the most 'likes' on South Frontenac's Facebook post on the entries:
- Elf's Choice Award (top community pick)
Nominate Your Neighbour!
Does your neighbour go above and beyond with their decorations? Nominate them today! They will be contacted and invited to participate in the contest for their chance to win one of the prizes! All nominations must be received by 3:00 pm on December 8th, 2023.
Dates & Details
- Neighbour nominations close by 3:00 pm December 8th.
- Contest entry closes on December 11th.
- A list of all the entries will be announced on December 11th. Residents will be encouraged to vote for their favourite display on the South Frontenac Facebook page by 12:00 pm on December 18th and tour the township and admire the displays until December 26th.
- Winners will be announced at 12:30 pm on December 18th.
