Planning and Development in South Frontenac

Anyone wishing to meet with Planning staff or submit a planning application need to submit an intake form first. This helps to streamline the process for moving any development approvals forward.

Zoning By-law Mapping has been released on Frontenac Maps and can be viewed from home.  This mapping is available to assist real estate agents and the public with real estate inquiries :  www.frontenacmaps.ca

Planning Application Fee Payment Options

Payment planning related application fees can be made by:

  • Cheque payable to Township of South Frontenac,
  • Cash, Debit or Credit Card in person at the Development Services office at 4432 George St., in Sydenham, ON. 
  • Cheque via mail or drop box - please clearly identify location of project/owner information with payment, or 
  • NEW! Online via credit card (see below). When making payments online, please ensure you use the payment amount and application number that was provided by planning staff.

Surveys & deeds are available through the Land Registry Office: www.onland.ca.  The Land Registry Office for South Frontenac is #13 Frontenac.  The Land Registry Office no longer has physical offices.  All surveys, deeds and other title documents must be purchased from the above noted website, or through a real estate lawyer.
