Committees and Boards

A variety of committees and boards offer input and advice to Council and in some cases make decisions on behalf of Council. In addition to Committees appointed by Council, South Frontenac has representation on a number of external committees alongside members from other municipalities.

Eligibility Requirements for All Committees

To be eligible to serve on committees or boards, you must be:
• 18 years of age or older
• a resident/business owner in South Frontenac
• a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or a person who has been given permanent resident status by immigrating to Canada but is not a Canadian Citizen, and has resided in the Township of South Frontenac for at least one year.
