I wish to thank the Harrowsmith S & A Club and all the volunteers who organized the amazing drive through Christmas “Parade of Lights” at Centennial Park on Saturday, December 12. Despite the weather not being ideal, the turnout was overwhelming and I’ve heard numerous compliments of how much it was enjoyed. Thank you to all the local businesses and churches whose time and creativity made this such an enjoyable event. The parade provided a much needed bright spot in a difficult year.

As of November 18, 2020, the South Frontenac Development Services Department will begin accepting new applications for On-Site sewage Systems under Part 8 of the Ontario Building Code.
