2024 Court Field and Hall Bookings

If you’re planning a community or family event in 2024 and would like to book one of our halls, fields or parks, here is some helpful information.

Be sure to check out this page on our website with everything you need to know to hold a successful event, from serving alcohol, food, insurance and how to apply for special permits or noise exemptions. Note we charge a key and cleaning deposit which is refunded to you after your event if everything is in order. You can pay by cash, cheque or debit.

Hall Bookings

We have four facilities that can be booked for meetings and events: Glendower Hall, the Community Room in Sydenham Library, Harris Park Hall and the Storrington Centre. Fill out this form to book (costs are on the form). We also list contact information for non-Township owned facilities on our website for your convenience.

Court Bookings

Seasonal court booking requests open Monday, Feb 12 until Feb 23 for clubs and user groups. Booking forms will be posted on our website on the 12th. Staff will work with user groups to sort out scheduling conflicts (groups are advised not to start scheduling group/ club play time until the court schedules are finalized) and the schedule will be posted on March 4, 2024. Anyone can book courts after the initial season schedule is posted. Note we reserve times for drop in play.

Parks and Sports Field Bookings

You can rent a field or ball diamond for your tournaments or a park for your family reunion, party or other special event. Fill out this form which lists costs and locations. For ball diamonds, minor ball associations get first preference, then we fill requests on a first come, first serve basis.
