Work will start Monday, August 21, 2023 to construct new sidewalks in the village of Battersea to make the area more safe for pedestrians, improve access to village amenities, and beautify the area.
Key information
- Work will begin on Monday, August 21, 2023 and will take 4-5 weeks until the end of September.
- The new sidewalks will run from Battersea Ball Park to Mill Street (approx. 250 metres)
- Work will typically be done between the hours of 7 am and 7 pm, Monday to Friday (if weekend work is required, we'll notify area residents)
- The road will be accessible at all times with one lane open. Expect traffic delays.
