Volunteers are the lifeblood of our community, and to honour our local volunteers, South Frontenac is hosting a special appreciation event and luncheon:
Sunday, December 10, 2023
11:30 am – 1:00 pm
Storrington Centre, 3910 Battersea Road, Sunbury
The event is open to all South Frontenac residents who have generously volunteered their time in the past year and is free to attend but tickets are required (plus-one’s welcome).
Nominate a Community Volunteer
The Township is now accepting nominations for special recognition at the luncheon in three categories:
- Youth Volunteerism – open to youth 18 years old and younger who take an active role volunteering in the community
- Good Neighbour – recognizing community members who make an effort to create positive relationships in their neighbourhoods
- Dedication Recognition – celebrating long-standing volunteers
One person from each category will be selected and recognized at the luncheon. If you would like to nominate someone, please email recsupport@southfrontenac.net before December 5, 2023.
