We have a number of tax sale properties for sale. Properties within the Township that have two or more years of unpaid taxes in arrears can be sold by the Township under the authority of the Municipal Act.
Tenders are invited for the purchase of the several properties now listed on our Tax Sales page at the South Frontenac Municipal Office, 4432 George Street, Sydenham, Ontario K0H 2T0 with closing dates of April 27 and May 18, 2023. The tenders will be opened in public on the same day the tender closes as soon as possible after 3:00 pm. Check back for information on future sales.
